Locate the UXGuys_VPN.mobileconfig file which was supplied to you  double click it.

double clicking the file will prompt the above screen, click Continue

Add your username, then click  install

Yo will need an Account with Admin privileges to do this, enter user name and password ( of your computer) and click OK

Click the gear button and select

Yo will now see the VPN interface listed, optionally check off the "Show VPN status in menu bar"

This will allow you to more easily select the VPN connection
