Enter your MVL NAS user name and Password ( you should be able to use 1Password for this)

Open the File Station Folder (double click)

Navigate to the file (or folder) you wish to share

Select the File ( or folder)

From the Action Menu select Share

To do a simple share click the Copy link button then CLICK SAVE

( this will put the link onto you clipboard for pasting into an email or text)

You may also  opt to use Secure sharing or set a validity period for the share (i.e the link will only be valid for those dates)

paste the link into a email or text and send to the desired person

Note: it may look like  a plain link or  "preview link" ( see below)
