Troubleshooting- Problems Receiving email

If you are unable to receive email, it is most like a setting or password problem, double check all your settings ( typos are the most common error)

If it appears to be a password problem, try logging in via the web interface ( this will help determine if your password is correct)

http://mail.netextras.com

enter your full email address and password

Password Not Working

If your password does not appear work, ( or you can't remember what it is) please call (403-668-0795) or email us ([email protected]) and request a password reset

Troubleshooting- Problems Sending email

If you are receiving email OK, but are unable to send email, again the first thing to check is you settings (again typos being the most common error)

If ALL your settings are 100% and you are still not connecting ( to send email) try temporarily turning off your security software (ant-virus, firewall etc)

If this resolves the problem, then you will need to make changes to your security software to allow outlook to communicate on port 465 (the outgoing email sending port)
