Re-boot/Bounce Surgemail server
If an IP gets blacklisted ( ie for too many login attempts) you can rectify by bounceing the server software
Click shutdown link
click Shutdown Button
Go to Surgemail Monitor
Login to Surgemail monitor
Click Start
