Make sure SPF settings have been done at the DNS level

Select Domain

then under Obscure and unclassified settings, turn off Disable spf blocking for this domain and turn on  Default for this domain to block spf etc failures

Save Changes

While still in domain, set domain limit to 500 and How often to send user status messages =1  ( once  day

Save Changes

Make sure domain is at L3_

Save Changes

under main nav - left side links, select spam control, then select Friends

Select Apply friends whitelist, quarantine mail if smite score below is exceeded. (No challenge email is ever sent)

Save Changes

Select SPAM Control, then under Obscure settings , select  edit rules for Other email addresses we allow, e.g. *@x.y.com,*@b.com,[email protected].

Remove the domain in question from the list, and save

NOTE: only edit/save one at time

In order the above chnages to take effect the server must be "bounced", select shutdown from th sideba menu, then click the shutdown button

Click the surgemail  monitor link
