Start at the website; solarpowerexecutivecoaching.ca you probably received a link in an email from Liz.
Click the Book a Free Discovery Call with Liz button

Enter your email address and click Continue

Check your email.
You will have received an email with a verification code.
Copy or make note of this code

Back on the webpage, enter or paste the verification code, then click Continue

Enter your details (first name, last name, phone number) then click submit

Click the Continue button on the following screen

If you entered your phone number in the previous screen, you will receive an email asking you to verify that you wish to receive reminders via SMS.
Click the Verify SMS number link, or you can also choose to not to receive reminders via SMS by clicking the Opt-out link

Assuming you clicked on the Verify link, you will then basked to enter the code which is sent to your phone, enter this code, then click the Verify Button

Now Select the Appointment link on the left side of the screen
Remember to select your own time zone

Now Click the Book Appointment Button

Now Select the package for the booking, in this case select the top Discovery call, then click the Next Button

Now select your desired date from the available dates ( dates show in with a grey circle)

Now select an available time slot for that date.

Review your choice, then click the Confirm button

You are now shown the details of the Appointment
If you click the view button, you can then delete or reschedule the appointment if needed

You will receive an email with details of the appointment, complete with zoom link.

You will also receive an invite email , which can used to add the appointment to your calendar.
Please click the Accept link in this email so Liz knows you have received the invite.
