File Sharing in 3M Environment
Setup a temporary file share using the following details.
This is for short term shares only, all files/folders are deleted after 48 hours
on a window machine
\\usfile02\dropbox
on a mac
smb://usfile02.mmm.com/dropbox
Windows Setup
Right click on network and select Map Network Drive
Select a Drive Letter (doesn't matter , but avoid C and D)
Click Finish
Select the network drive and create a new folder ( or select and exisintg folder)
Mac Setup
Enter smb://usfile02.mmm.com/dropbox and click connect
You will be prompted for your username and password, ( use your normal pin as username and current password)
The drive will be mounted under locations in your sidebar
Create or view folders as needed
