IMPORTANT: If you are working from home (not in a 3M office) you need to make sure you are on the VPN, otherwise you will not be able to access Filemaker Server.

Open your Filemaker Application.

From the Filemaker Application File menu select Hosts: Show Hosts

Note: if you already have a "favorite" for caba.mmm.com you can skip the following 2 steps

Click the Add favorites button

Fill in the Host address with "caba.mmm.com" (without the quotes) and the Hosts's name with "3M CABA Server" (without the quotes)

Click Save

Once this has been setup you can access the Database by selecting show hosts

Then you select 3M Caba Server from your lists of favorites,

At this point you should see the available database files, 3M_CABA and 3M_QUOTES

(this may take a minute,  so be patient)

Once the files appear click on "3M_CABA" (the actual database)

Use the Microsoft sign in button

The database should act as normal from this point on.

Note: The next time you access the database , you should see the database in your recent list ( when you launch Filemaker) and be able to access it from there.
