Within the Companies module we have implemented an address lookup feature using the Google address service . This will lookup the correct address and  associated Postal Zip code. ( which is critically important).

Select the Addresses Pop over in Companies to edit the Billing and Shipping addresses

There is an Address Search area for each the billing and shipping address.

To activate the search/lookup simply click in the desired search field.

Clicking the search field will display a smaller pop-up window where you can start entering the address.

The list of available/matching address will show and your results will narrow, the more of the address you enter. (this may include the city and prov/state)

Continue to enter the address until the address you want is displayed, then click or select that address.

Note: when entering the address , only enter the street address not the building or suite number, Google will not recognize those details.

The address selected will populate the fields within the Billing/Shipping fields (including the Postal/Zip code)

As noted above it will NOT enter the Suite/building info details, please enter those manually in the Suite, Bldging# address line.

There are fields near the bottom , Previous Billing Address, Previous shipping address which you can reference in case information you need was removed when you did the  search/validations
