Log into 360Deploy with username 360Works ( pw joy-citation-sidearm)

In the above we are logging into the Dev Server (CAAIAPR01) which will deploy updates from dev to staging

To deploy from Staging to Production (caba.mmm.com) then log into 360Deploy on the staging server (CAAIAPR03)

Click Deploy

Click the gear/configuration icon

Within the configuration settings you can set which DB's will be updated,

in this example we will choose the test db , switching from the 3M_CABA DB.

In most cases you will be setting it (leaving it) to the 3M_CABA DB .

In Most cases 3M_Quotes, and AddressLookup files will not be needing updates

Click Deploy

Click OK

NOTE: clicking Schedule simply takes you to documentation on how to set up schedule- this is basically using FM Server scheduler scripts along with PSOS scripts

First it ZIPS the File (actually a clone of the file)

Uploads to server

Then starts the migration of the XML data, this may take some time

15-20 minutes from dev to staging

60 +min from Staging to Prod (very slow upload from Airdrie network)

Started 2:40

Wait till y9ou see the Green Status - Complete

Once complete you will see above
