CABA Access via Citrix
The CABA application is available, either through a locally installed Filemaker client or through 3M Citrix.
3M Citrix is available two different ways, through the workspace/receiver or via a web browser.
3M Citrix is typically used where connectivity in a remote site is slow or limited, and the application doesn’t respond quickly to requests.
Please note, in order to print and move files in and out of Filemaker you must be using the either the Filemaker Client or the 3M Citrix workspace/receiver. Printing and moving saving files is NOT Available when using 3M Citrix via a browser.
1. AD (Active Directory) Group Membership
Any user accessing Filemaker through Citrix needs to be a member of the MMM\WW-Citrix Filemaker Users Active Directory Group.

1.1. Verify your Access
Once you have been granted access go here:
https://3mcitrix.mmm.com/vpn/index.html
Enter YOUR Domain\User and YOUR Password
Please note your Domain\User will be different then shown here

2. Accessing Filemaker using the Citrix Workspace/Receiver





When prompted provide the server address “3mcitrix.mmm.com.”
If prompted for an account, choose “3M.”
Click on “Apps” at the top and then “Filemaker Pro 18 Advanced.”
(the following steps wil be the same as when you accessed the DB via Filemaker client as show in the first section of this document)
Click on the Filemaker File menu, choose Open and Hosts.
Enter caba.mmm.com as the host and click ok.
Select the Filemaker file on the caba host and sign-in using your CABA credentials.
3. Accessing Filemaker through a Browser
Verify AD group membership and go to https://3mcitrix.mmm.com/vpn/index.html
Login with your 3M Pin and click on the “Apps” link on the top of the page.
Click on Filemaker Pro 18 Advanced. You will see a Windows Logon page and then the Filemaker client.
Again the following steps wil be the same as when you accessed the DB via Filemaker client as show in the first section of this document)
Click File, Open, and then click Hosts. Add caba.mmm.com as your host.
Select the Filemaker database and then ok.
After proving your access credentials for CABA, you will be in the CABA application.
